1. 30-Day Peace of Mind
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Condition: To maintain the highest hygiene and safety standards, returned products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging (including intact shrink-wrap or security seals).

Exceptions: If you are experiencing a skin reaction, please refer to our "Skin Sensitivity Guarantee" below.
2. Damages & Product Issues
If your order arrives damaged during transit or if you receive a defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery:

Please email photos of the damaged item and packaging to: service@virotenacosh.com.

We will prioritize a free replacement or a full refund for any verified quality issues.
3. Skin Sensitivity Guarantee
We recognize that every skin type is unique. If you experience an unexpected allergic reaction to one of our products:

Please discontinue use immediately and reach out to our skincare consultants.

Provide a brief description and photos of the reaction, along with your proof of purchase.

We will work with you on a case-by-case basis to find a solution, which may include a partial refund or a recommendation for a more suitable alternative for your skin type.
4. How to Initiate a Return

Submit a Request: Contact us at service@virotenacosh.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Receive Authorization: Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization and the correct return address.

Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for non-quality-related returns. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
5. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
