1. Order Processing

Potency Preservation: All orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Our fulfillment centers maintain a climate-controlled environment to ensure your skincare products remain at their optimal temperature before departure.

Operating Hours: We process orders Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders placed over the weekend will be handled with priority on the following Monday.
2. Shipping Rates & Timelines
We provide reliable shipping across the United States and to select international destinations.

Complimentary Shipping: We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $50.00 (USD).
3. Real-Time Tracking
The moment your package leaves our care, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Tracking Number. This allows you to follow your product’s journey from our door to yours in real-time.
4. Protective Packaging Standards

UV & Impact Protection: Skincare ingredients can be sensitive to light and movement. We utilize high-grade, light-shielding, and shock-absorbent packaging to prevent leakages and protect active ingredients from sunlight during transit.

Delivery Constraints: To ensure secure and verified delivery of professional-grade products, we currently do not ship to PO Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.
5. Delivery Issues & Damaged Goods
While we take every precaution, if your package is lost in transit or arrives with the safety seal broken, please contact our concierge team within 48 hours of the delivery date:
